I am Sher Harris, and I’ve been sharing the joy of movement for over 40 years! What began as a passion for exercising has grown into a lifetime mission for God. My coaching philosophy is simple: I believe fitness isn’t just about exercise—it’s about feeling good, staying independent, and finding confidence in every stage of life. My classes are filled with encouragement, laughter, and uplifting energy, all designed to help you move at your own pace and feel your best.Over the years, I’ve seen how even small movements can make a big difference. At Senior Chair Fitness, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. With over 40 years of experience leading safe, effective, and uplifting chair dancing programs, we are dedicated to helping seniors stay active, independent, and engaged.Our approach combines evidence-based exercise techniques with compassion and encouragement, creating a welcoming environment where every participant feels supported and empowered. Whether improving flexibility, balance, or overall well-being, we aim to make every session a step toward lifelong vitality and joy.
